  1. 円柱状の軸体と、この軸体を軸支する軸受とを備え、上
    記軸体の外周面または上記軸受の内周面に軸方向に平行
    かつ軸方向に直角な断面が円弧状の複数の溝を等配して
    形成したことを特徴とする動圧気体軸受装置。
