  1. 基板の表面及び裏面の少なぐとも一方と側面に夫々電極
    が形成され、該表面及び裏面の少なくとも一方の電極は
    該側面の電極と面取された稜にて電気的に接続され、該
    表面及び裏面の少なくとも一方の電極は側面の電極によ
    って互に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする基板
    構造。
