Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）紙の両面に熱融着性合成樹脂の表面層及び裏面層
    を形成し、更に上記裏面層にアルミ箔層、熱融着性合成
    樹脂の内面層を順次積層した素材からなる紙容器に於て
    、容器外面から紙厚の半分以上に達する剥離用切込みを
    設けると共に、この剥離用切込みにより区画される位置
    にほぼ相当する紙と裏面層との積層面又は裏面層とアル
    ミ箔層との積層面を非接着処理したことを特徴とする開
    口容易な紙容器。
  2. （２）剥離用切込みに区画される位置にほぼ相当する紙
    と裏面層との積層面に、シリコン樹脂を介在させること
    により非接着処理したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の開口容易な紙容器。
