- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 剥離剤で処理されて、それを貼着した粘着面
より容易に剥離離去できるようにしたシートから
なり、金属からなる薄葉基材の片面又は両面に、
熱可塑性樹脂からなる薄層を有し、その薄層の表
面がシリコーン系剥離剤で処理されていることを
特徴とするセパレータ。 ２ シリコーン系剥離剤で処理された薄層を薄葉
基材の両面に有するタイプにおいて、その両面に
おける剥離特性が異なることを特徴とする請求項
１に記載のセパレータ。 ３ 請求項１又は２に記載のセパレータを貼着し
てなる粘着部材。
