Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 豆腐等の食品を収容するバスケット２を間欠的に送り得
    るようにした加熱殺菌槽１と、該殺菌槽１と、該殺菌槽
    １の上・下と両端を繞り、加熱殺菌槽１への入口部と出
    口部においてバスケット２を傾動可能に駆動される無端
    チェーン３とからなり、前記バスケット３にアタッチメ
    ント１８を、又該アタッチメント１８と係合する支持ピ
    ン１９をチェーン３に所定ピッチで設け、バスケット２
    が加熱殺菌槽１内にあるときはこれを無端チェーン３か
    ら分離して送り得るようにしたことを特徴とする食品の
    加熱殺菌装置。
