Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）被処理包装体を装填したトレーを複数段積重ね、
    これをレトルト内に収納し、加熱処理する際、前記トレ
    ーの最上段に対応して上下動可能なトレー押え板を設け
    、この押え板をピストン延長軸を介してレトルト外部に
    設置した駆動源と連結したことを特徴とする食品の調理
    殺菌用レトルト内におけるトレー押え装置。
  2. （２）トレー押え板として、ピストン延長軸を介してト
    レー押え板の自重で下降可能とし、駆動源により上昇す
    る構造とした実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の食品
    調理殺菌用レトルト内におけるトレー押え装置。
  3. （３）トレー押え板として、多孔板を用いた実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の食品の調理殺菌用レトルト内
    におけるトレー押え装置。
