Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電子複写装置用感光ドラムに関する。
従来、電子複写装置用感光ドラムは円筒状金属基体表面
にセレン（Ｂｅ）膜が１０μｍ程度形成されているのが
通例である。
しかし、上記従来技術では、８ｅ膜の電気抵抗が低いた
めに、複写画偉のコントラストが鮮明でない等の欠点が
あった。
上Ｐ欠点をなくするため、本発明は高コントラストの画
倫を得るための電子複写装量用感光ドラムを提供するこ
とを目的とする。
上記目的を達成するための本発明の基本的な構成は、円
筒状金属基板表面にけ８１０嘆、望ましくけアモルファ
スｓ１ｃ！［が形成されて成る事を特徴とする。
以下、実施例によね本発明の内容を詳細に説明する。
第１図は本発明による電子複写装置用感光ドラムの構成
を示したもので、１けアルミ合金からなる円筒状基体、
２はプラズマｃｖＤｙけスパッタ蒸着によ抄１μｍ程変
の厚さに形成されたアモルファスＥＩｉＯ膜である。
アモルファス８１０膜は光非照射部の抵抗率が高く、光
照射部と非照射部の抵抗率比が高くとれるために複写画
倫のコントラストが高くなる効果があると共に、８１Ｃ
！膜の硬廖が高く、機械的損傷に対して強固であり、そ
の為、ＩＩ厚が薄くて済入、ｓｉｃ被膜形成が短時間で
良く、生産性が高く、耳つ低コスト化で練るという効果
もある。
