ルブと、このコントロールバルブにより流路が切換えら
れる油圧回路と、上記油圧回路の圧油により発生する回
転力を入力軸に伝達するベーン及びロータを備えた回転
シリンダとにより構成され、上記回転シリンダのロータ
を入力軸近傍の所定位置に一体的に固着してなることを
