シスト圧を生ぜしめ、該アシスト圧をパワーシリンダに
供給して舵取方向のパワーアシストを行なうようにした

短絡するバイパス路中に挿入した流量制御手段を設け、
該流量制御手段を操舵角及び操舵角速度により制御して
