Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 加圧流体の加圧力により一定のストロークをもって前後
    移動するピストンの両端方向にカップ状ダイヤフラム一
    端の底板を各々固定するとともにカップ状ダイヤフラム
    他端の開口縁をローリング移動が可能な折返し部を介し
    て各々シリンダーに固定する事により、一定間隔で対向
    する折返し部とシリンダー内面およびピストン外面とに
    よって対向室を形成しこの対向室をピストンの摺動に伴
    なって折返し部のローリング移動とともに移動しこの移
    動ストローク両端の対向室に対応するシリンダーに大気
    開放の排気孔を形成した事を特徴とするピ長トン式流体
    作動装置。
