Abstract

PURPOSE:To remove a furnace body without receiving interference from surrounding structures by cutting off part of the bottom of the inverted furnace body in the upper part of a trunnion ring, and winding and rewinding the pulleys of the rigging mounted to the supporting beam placed on the top surface of said ring and the position in the furnace near the furnace port. CONSTITUTION:A furnace body 1 which is partly cut off in the bottom is supported in an inverted position on a trunnion ring 2 and a supporting beam 5 is placed horizontally on the ring 2. ・リングから抜取る方法が示されている。上記出願に示
された方法は、工場内の天井走行うレーンの走路に架は
渡される支持梁を利用して炉体な吊る従前の方法を大幅
に改良するもので、天井走行うレーンの走行を妨げ或い
は隣接転炉の操業に支障を生ずることなく、迅速容易に
炉体なトラニオン・リングから取外すことができ作業の
安全性を向上させるものである。ところが、最近は工場
内の安全性向上のために転炉に隣接して、その外周に防
熱板を取付けることが行はれている。上記出願の方法は
第1及び第2の架台が炉体に隣接して外側に設置される
から、これらの架台、特に第1架台が防熱板に干渉して
作業が円滑に行はれないおそれがある。また、第1.第
2の架台の間に配設され索具が複数本になるから、すべ
ての索具の巻込み、巻戻しを同調させることが困難にな
