Claims (1)
- 半導体ウェハのアニール等に用いる断面形状棒状のエネ
ルギービームを発生する装置にして、タングステン線と
沃素ガスを封じた石英ガラス管から成るハロゲンランプ
を光源とする光を、表面金めつきした反射鏡を用いて集
光し、かかる集光により得られるビームの幅を前記光源
に平行に配設されたスリットにより制御す之構成とした
ことを特徴とする熱処理装置。
