Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the speedup of the injection molding by a method wherein an input information is reoperated and corrected to memorize it as a new information while the same is given to an input drawing unit to control the sequence, only when a change is caused in the sequence. CONSTITUTION:The input drawing unit 11 for various informations necessary for the injection molding and an output refreshing unit 12 for the informations are connected in a loop and an answering unit 13 for the change of the sequence is provided inbetween said input drawing unit 11 and the output refreshing unit 12 while an output buffer clear unit 14 and a sequence reoperating unit 15, both of which are ready for the reoperation, are connected sequentially to the answering unit 13. Further, said sequence reoperating unit 15 is connected to said loop so that the new informations, generated by the sequence reoperating unit 15, can be drawn into the input drawing unit 11. In this case, the input information is given to the input drawing unit 11 to operate it and check the change of the drawn information of the input while the operation of the input information is effected only when a change is caused in the sequence.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional 7-ken control method connects an input acquisition section 1, a logic operation section 2, and an output refresh section 3 in a loop, and uses the input information acquired by the input acquisition section 1 to On the other hand, all of the calculations are performed every time. For this reason, the execution time for each execution is long, and there is a drawback that high-speed control is difficult.

In this invention, only when there is a change in the sequence, the input information is recalculated and stored as new corrected information, and the input information is fed to the input acquisition section to control the sequence. The purpose of this invention is to perform sequence control without performing logic operations each time, thereby eliminating the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks and increasing the speed of sequence control. explain.

11 is an input acquisition section, 12 is an input refresh section, and 13 is a sequence change response section, which are connected to a loop, and the response section 13 includes an output buffer clear section 14 in preparation for recalculation and a sequence recalculation section. The sequence recalculation unit 15 is connected to the loop so that the sequence recalculation unit 15 is connected to the loop so that the information from the sequence recalculation unit 15 can be taken in as new modified input information. When the input information given to the input acquisition section 11 is normal information according to the program, the information is simply checked by the reception section 13 and is executed as is without being subjected to a clock operation. Therefore, the time required to execute one loop is shortened by the time required for the Ronok calculation, and sequence control becomes faster.

In addition, when there is a change in input information or when sequence calculation is required due to an interrupt, etc., it is checked in the response unit 13, passed through the output buffer clear 14, and calculated in the sequence recalculation unit 15, and the result is corrected. The input information is stored as input information, and is imported into the input importing section 11.

Therefore, according to the present invention, in normal operation, input information is constantly checked for changes, and human information is calculated only when there is a change in the sequence. It has the advantages of being able to minimize irregularities in the process and also increasing speed.
