Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for transfer of a hopper car by loading the hopper with bulk cargo in such a way that the cargo is supplied continuously to the truck, which runs in the same direction as the hopper car, from a stationary conveyor through a tripper. CONSTITUTION:A hopper car 1 is introduced onto a side-truck 14 and is stopped just under the traveling truck 3 which is now at a standstill after retraction. The tripper 9 is also shifted so that it stops right over the No.1 hopper 5. The input conveyor 11 and stationary conveyor 8 are put in operation, and No.1 hopper 5 is fed with bulk cargo to load the hopper car 1. When a certain set amount is attained, the gate of the hopper 5 is shut and the tripper 9 is advanced so that No.2 hopper 5 is fed with bulk cargo. Thus hopper cars 1 are loaded through repetition of this procedure.

Conventionally, when loading bulk goods into a hopper car, the hopper car is moved directly below the stationary loading device, and then a chute is connected to the receiving port of the hopper car to supply bulk materials, so there is no connection between the receiving port and the chute. When changing parts or moving the hopper car, it is necessary to stop the supply of parallax materials.

As described above, according to the method for loading bulk goods into a freight car according to the present invention, the movable cart is stopped directly above the preceding hopper car, and the chute connected to the hopper is connected to the cargo receiving port of the hopper car. Stop the tripper of the stationary conveyor directly above the 1st hopper, start the operation of the stationary conveyor, and feed the bulk materials from the tripper to the 1st hopper into the hopper car. When the accumulation of bulk materials reaches the set amount, the gate is closed and at the same time the tripper is moved forward to throw the bulk materials into the second hopper.
When the loading of bulk materials from the last one is completed by repeating the steps above, the connection between the receiving port and the chute is released, the mobile cart is advanced directly above the following hopper car, and the loading cart is moved directly above the first hopper. Since the tripper is advanced until then, the receiving port and the chute are connected and the bulk materials are loaded into the following hopper car, so there is no need to move the hopper car or stop the supply of bulk materials.

Above the hopper voice, there is a mobile trolley that can be moved within the length of the hopper car, and a hopper dedicated to each cargo receiving port of the hopper car installed on this mobile trolley, and a hopper that is longer than the height of the hopper car. Directly above the hopper car, it consists of a fixed conveyor for supplying bulk materials, and a movable tripper installed on the fixed conveyor to feed bulk materials from this fixed conveyor into the hopper. The moving cart is stopped, the chute connected to the hopper is connected to the receiving port of the hopper car, the tripper is retreated directly above the first hopper, and the stationary conveyor is started to operate from the tripper. The bulk materials are fed into the hopper car through the first hopper, and when the accumulated bulk of the dumped materials reaches the set amount, the gate is closed and at the same time the tripper is advanced to feed the bulk materials into the second hopper. When loading of parallax from the last hopper is completed by Σ-overboarding, the connection between the receiving port and the chute is disconnected, and the cart is placed directly above the following hopper car, and the tripper is placed directly above the first hopper. A freight car loading method for parallax goods, characterized in that the freight car is loaded into a subsequent hopper car by connecting a cargo receiving port and a chute.
