Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)根切り掘削部に設けた布基礎上に複数個隣接設置
して天井面が地面より上方に位置する半地下室を形成す
る半地下室構成用ユニットであって、矩形の鋼製枠体の
隅角部に4本の鋼製柱体が立設されたユニット本体と、
該ユニット本体の少なくとも一側面部に固定され上記半
地下室の外壁の一部を構成する外壁体とから成シ、且つ
少なくとも上記外壁体の地下埋設外表面及び下端面は防
水処理しである、半地下室徊成用ユニット。
