The above-mentioned joint portion 2 is covered over the upper non-underground external surface, and a waterproof sheet 30 is attached to the upper part of the non-underground external surface, leaving an unattached portion 32 of a certain width. After abutting the upper edge of the water-cutting parting fitting 33 and fixing the water-cutting parting fitting 33 to the outer walls 14, 14 with screws 34, a part of the underground external surface and the non-underground external surface of the waterproof sheet 30 are removed. This can be done by applying protective mortar 31 to the surface. When fixing the drain fitting 33,
As shown in detail in the figure, a horizontal groove 15 is formed in a part of the non-buried outer surface of the outer walls 14, 14 over the non-buried outer surface, and the upper edge is inserted into the groove 15. Position the waterproof sheet 30 with the standard double-sided adhesive material 3
It is preferable that the upper edge of the waterproof sheet 30 be completely fixed by fitting and fixing a part of the water-cutting parting fitting 33 into the groove 15.
In this case, the water cutting fitting 33 is a vertical fixing piece 36
and a water cutting section 37 that is bent and connected to the lower end surface, and the water cutting section 37 is connected to the groove 15.
The vertical fixing piece 36 can be fixed to the vertical inner wall of the groove 15 by making it contact the waterproof sheet 30 on the lower inner wall of the groove 15 and by making its tip sufficiently protrude outside the outer walls 14, 14. . Once the fixing of the water cutout fitting 33 is completed, the heads of the screws 34, etc. are covered with caulking material 38, and further, from the outside, the space between the water cutout pieces 37 and the upper inner wall of the groove 15 is covered. It is preferable to fill with a sealing material 39 such as urethane, and on the other hand, it is preferable to apply the protective mortar 31 using the water cutting parting fitting 33 as a ruler. Note that the above-mentioned waterproofing treatment in the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and for example, the outer wall body 14,
The lower part of the outer wall surface, the lower end surface, and the lower part of the inner wall surface of 14 may be impregnated with a waterproofing agent, and when the waterproofing agent is impregnated, for example, without attaching the waterproof sheet 30 to the lower end surface of the outer wall bodies 14, 14. You can leave it there.
