    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）集積回路をガイドして実装するための穴部が設け
    られている回路基板において、前記集積回路を穴におさ
    め、前記集積回路の端子をはんだ付は等により実装した
    後の前記回路基板の裏面の穴部を回路としたこと番特徴
    とする高密度回路基板構造。
  2. （２）裏面穴部に樹脂を充てんし、その上に印刷により
    回路を形成する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高
    密度回路基板構造。
  3. （３）　　裏面穴部に回路基板をはめこみ、元の回路基
    板と接続する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の高密
    度回路基板構造。
