Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力信号を受ける入力端子１２、出力信号を供給する出
    力端子３１及び第１、第２の電源導線２２．４４を備え
    た増幅器回路であって二制御電極２６、前記第１の電源
    導線に結合された入力電極３０及び前記出力端子に結合
    された出力電極２８を備えた出力トランジスタ２４；前
    記第１の電源導線に結合された入力電極２０、はぼ等し
    い出力電流を供給する２個の出力電極１６．２７並びに
    該２個の出力電極の一つ１６及び前記入力端子に結合さ
    れた制御電極１４を備えた入力トランジスタ１８、前記
    出力トランジスタの前記制御電極は前記２個の出力電極
    の他の一つ２７に結合されるものであり； 前記出力トランジスタの前記制御電極及び前記第２の電
    源導線間に結合された第１の抵抗手段３８；並びに 前記出力端子及び前記入力端子間に結合された第２の抵
    抗手段３２を備えたことを特徴とする増幅器回路１０゜
