After completing the final work on the completed vehicle, the completed section H side, which is waiting to be discharged, is used to lift a car that has been placed in the A section using a ceiling-suspended lift 1 that runs between manga sections H and A. , and transfer it onto the moving cart 2. In this section, the car is washed after it has been hoisted up using a ceiling lift or transferred to a mobile trolley. This car washing is performed by a self-excited car washing device 6 disposed in the A section. In order to prevent the purified water of the preceding vehicle from scattering to other sections, a ceiling-hanging curtain is sometimes rolled down to cover all four circumferences of the vehicle.

いる。A sheet metal section B' is provided so as to be adjacent to section A on one side of the vehicle. This sheet metal section B is divided into a section B1 that performs the first sheet metal processing and a section B2 that performs the second finishing sheet metal processing,
Furthermore, a base section C is provided in this section B toward the vehicle side. In this section C as well, the section C1 which performs the first base treatment and the second section C1 which performs the finishing process are applied. The vehicles carried into section A are laterally supported on movable trolleys, and each trolley is moved to sections Bl-82, C1, and C2.
They are transported according to the work process. The carriage can be moved between sections manually, but in order to save labor, an automatic feeding device 4 is provided between sections A and C2 for tuft feeding at predetermined pitches and at set intervals. This is done by stretching at least one chain from section A to B2, and hooking a part of the trolley using hooks protruding from the second chain at foot pitches, so that it can be transported by the drive of the chain. However, this feeding device may be of other types. The movement of this trolley
A rail 5 or a metal plate with a flat top surface is laid on the working floor surface over the range of movement of the cart, so that the cart moves smoothly on this rail or metal plate. The above-mentioned mobile cart may be equipped with a lift when it is necessary to adjust its height according to each work, and the direction of movement is from section A to section 02 and from section A to section 02. Since this is different from the movement from C2 to section D, it is suitable to use a free ball roller or the like that does not have directionality.

Rails 5 and 6 are in substantially orthogonal directions. A winding curtain 7 may be provided in sections C1 and C2 so as to surround the circumference of the vehicle, and all dust suction devices 12 are provided. This dust suction ff112 is also provided in the maxing section.

In the same manner as above, an eye transport device 9 is provided. In each of the above sections, equipment and tools necessary for performing work such as sheet metal processing, base processing, maxing, painting, mounting and assembly, and cleaning are provided. In the shower cleaning section, a roll-up curtain 10 is provided in the same way as in the car wash or base section, and in the painting section, shutters 11 are provided to prevent paint from scattering to the maxing section D1 mounting section F adjacent to both sides of the vehicle. When moving, this shutter 11 is rolled up so that there is no problem during transportation.

By determining the width of each section, that is, the width of each section at two lines, it becomes possible to control the moving carriage by automatic tufting with a -pitch between multiple sections.

The work is carried out one by one by the workers who are waiting or assigned to the section, and when the vehicle reaches the completed section, the prescribed maintenance is completed and the vehicle is moved to the first car wash section by cart or is lifted on a ceiling lift. It is also possible to hang the car and transport it to the car washing section after traveling the 97th time, and then take it out from there in the opposite direction to the way it was brought in. However, it is also possible to hang the car directly from the completed section using a ceiling lift and remove the mobile cart. After that, get off the car again at the same location and carry it out from section H.

When carrying out 9-hour feed, the pitch is variable, that is, 60 to 150 to match the required work time.
In some cases, the adjustment may be made within minutes. If work is not required in a particular section, the work is not performed there, so that efficient car body maintenance can be carried out in an assembly line system.
