一実施例を示す主電極端子を折り曲げる前の斜視図であ
る。
図中、１は半導体パワーモジュール、１ａはねじ孔、２
は主電極端子、２ａは孔、３はねじ、４ ′はバーであ
る。なお、図中の同一符号は同一また“ は相当部分を
