Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 米発明は、例えば電気自動車の駆動モータとして用いら
れる直流機に関する。その際この直流機は、少なくとも
2つの補極を有し、各補極は1つの補極コイルを備えて
いる。
この種の直流機は Elektrische Masc
hine“′(Dr、Germar Miiller、
VEA−Verlag Berlin)の第295頁に
記載され、また図示(第16.16図)されている。
本発明の基本的課題は、前述の直流機のために、火花を
発することなく広い範囲の電流を整流することを可能に
し、しかも小さなスペースに収容することのできる補極
コイルを提供することである。この課題は、特許請求の
範囲第1項記載の特徴により解決される。
第1図には本発明の実施例として、4つの補極を有する
直流機の軸方向から見た正面図を示している。第2図お
よび第3図は補極コイルの拡大図であ、る。
第1図に示す直流機は軟鉄の固定子1を有している。固
定子1には4つの磁極片2が設けられ、その各々には励
磁巻線3が巻装されている。
各磁極片2の間にはそれぞれ1つの補極4が配j値され
、各補極は補極コイル5を、備えている。
補極コイル5には、矩形状の断面をした銅帯6が、コイ
ル表面に対して縁面を下にして巻装さね2ている。その
際、巻線の巻回線は小さな間隔をあけて互いに離間され
ている。この巻回線は巻装過程の後で少し膨潤するが、
そのことにより巻線相互の間隔は変化する。巻線を絶縁
するために、巻装を終えた後のコイルは、強力な絶縁層
7と共に流動浸漬被覆法により被覆処理される。その際
、絶縁層7はポリエチレン、または他の溶融性の良好な
重合体粉末から成り、その厚さは約0.3〜0.4mで
ある。絶縁層7は裸の銅帯に融着し、次いで硬化する。
コイルの端部8は、流動浸漬被覆時に被覆粉末が融着す
るのを防ぐために、被膜で覆われている。従って端部8
は裸の銅帯のままに保たれる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 少なくとも2つの補極を有し、各補極が1つの補極
    コイルを備えている直流機において、少なくとも2巻回
    以上の巻線を有する補極コイルが、矩形状断面の裸導線
    または条導体からつくられ、この導線ないし条導体は縁
    面を下にしてコイル表面に巻装され、かつ巻装後に重合
    体粉末を用いた流動浸漬被覆法により処理され、該重合
    体粉末が絶縁層として導線ないし条導体に融着し、次い
    で硬化されていることを特徴とする直流機。 2 補極コイルの端部(8)が、焼結時に被覆粉末が融
    着するのを防ぐために、被膜によって覆われている特許
    請求の範囲第1項記載の直流機。 3 絶縁層(7)がポリエチレンまたはポリウレタンか
    ら成っている特許請求の範囲第1項または第2項2載の
    直流機。
