前記流量計から出力される流量値を入力しこれ等の値に
基づいて流量偏差を出力する偏差演算器と、この偏差演
算器から出力された流量偏差を入力するとともに、プラ
ントの状態に応じて補正信号を出力する比率関数器から
の信号に基づいて前記流量偏差を補正′し、この補正さ
れた値に基づいて前記ボイラ給水ポンプ再循環弁の開度
を制御する可変演算器とからなることを特徴とするボイ
