により流量変更をなす電気的信号を出力する演算制御器
とを有し、該演算制御器は前記流量に関する電気的信号
にもとづき積算流量を演算し、この積算流量があらかじ
め入力されている液体の所望の充填量の５０乃至９９％
の範囲内において選択された値に達したとき前記流量変
更をなす電気的信号を出力して液体流量を％以下の値に
なさしめ、前記所望の充填量に達したとき液体流量を零
