と、前記低圧ドラムに流入する低圧給水流量ならびに前
記低圧ドラムから流出する高圧給水流量および低圧蒸気
流量から給水収支信号を得る手段と、前記高圧ドラム水
位の変化率が一定値以上若しくは一定値以下となった場
合に高圧給水流量補正信号を得る手段と、上記水位偏差
信号、給水収支信号および高圧給水流量補正信号を演算
し低圧給水流量制御弁に開度指令信号を出力する演算器
