Ｐ２を設定圧力値Ｐ、に収束させる様に電動弁Ｂを作動
させ、しかもその差圧が小さな所定差圧△Ｐ１以内に至
れば電動弁Ｂを寸動運転に切換えて緩やかに収束させる
圧カ一定制御回路りを備え、又上下流の二つの圧力セン
サ−ｃ、 ｃ’の圧力計測値Ｐ１．Ｐ２の差圧と電動弁
Ｂの開度θより流量を算出する流量計測回路Ｅを備えた
