置において、前記配管の総流量を検出する流量検出手段
と、検出した総流量と設定流量値との偏差を所定値にさ
せるための調節量を算出する調節演算回路と、設定流量
値に対する検出した総流量値の偏差値を所定値で比較し
た信号を出力する回路と、比較信号が所定の条件を満た
したとき、調節演算回路の出力で流量制御弁の開度を制
御し、所定の条件を満たさないとき、満たせなくなった
ときの調節演算回路の出力値を固定して流量制御弁の開
度を固定する開度制御装置とを有することを特徴とする
