て測定する場合において、予め与えられた水分補正項を
一定の条件の下に簡略化して水分補正項を温度の関数と
して求め、求めた補正曲線を予めｉＩ制御系に記憶して
おき、気体流量を測定するに際し気体の測定温度に応じ
た補正値を設計基準状態における容積流量に温度補正項
、圧力補正項と共に乗じて水分補正した湿り気体流量を
算出するようにしたことを特徴とする気体流量測定装置
