    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. チョッパ出力用の第１トランジスタを制御する第２トラ
    ンジスタのベース回路に設けた第３のトランジスタを所
    定のパルス信号でオンオフ制御するようにしたチョッパ
    装置において、上記第２トランジセスタのベース回路に
    設けた第４トランジスタと、チョッパ装置の負荷電流検
    出手段と、負荷電流検出手段の信号）２より動作して負
    荷電流が小さいときは第３と第４トランジスタのいずれ
    か一方を駆動して第２トランジスタのベース電流を小さ
    い値に制御する制御回路とを備えたことを特徴とするチ
    晶ツバ装置。
