Abstract
PURPOSE:To mount a cooling plate at the anode side of a SCR, and to reduce cost by structure having the minimum parts by countersinking the cooling plate. CONSTITUTION:The anode 6 of the SCR5 has a hole 9. The cooling plate 10 is caulked to the hole 9 by fitting a convex section 11 formed through countersinking. A radiator plate set up being contacted with the anode 6 in this manner rapidly radiates heat generated at the anode.
