Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable efficient quantitative draw-out by means of controlling quantitative draw-out operation of the heaps of the objects, such as ore with use of a reclaimer in response to abnormal conditions which have been detected from turning torque of a bucket wheel.
CONSTITUTION: In order to detect abnormalities of a bucket wheel 13, L level in a meter relay 60 for detecting idle vibration and overload is set to a current value which is lower than L level in a meter relay for controlling quantitative draw-out. Hereby when current in a motor 53 for a bucket wheel hydraulic pump is continued for the determined time until it becomes less than L level in the meter relay 60, this is discriminated as idle vibration, and turning of a boom 12 is brought to a stop. Then, a heap 15 of an object to be carried is verified for its conditions by means of a detector 14. In other words, proneness of a reflector of the detector 14 is oriented to its horizontal, and turning is leveled in parallel with the boom 12, so that distance to the heap 15 is measured, if it is less than the determined value, it is discriminated as draw-out operation being possible, and the draw-out operation can be continued. In case where the heap does not exist in the draw-out bench, a discriminator effectuates the stage changing sequence by means of its program.
