Abstract

PURPOSE:To decode a data with efficiency by taking out the result after the output of a decoder and that of a data bus are changed over by a change-over means. CONSTITUTION:A data to be converted is stored in RAM1 which is connected to a decoder 3 through a data bus 2. The output of the decoder 3 and that of the data bus 2 are changed over by a change-over circuit 4, and the changedover result is used as a converted data. This conversion contains two cases such as using the decoder and directly using the data bus, one of which is selected by a program. Thus, a data of complicated decoding is decoded by using the decoder 3, and a simple data is decoded by directly using the data bus 2 and thereby decoding is effectively carried out.
