Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of measurement, by varying a correction coefficient of each domain of low and high concentration in accordance with the value of concentration. CONSTITUTION:A control unit CC is connected to a blood sugar value analytical apparatus GU and a reaction electric current from a glucose measuring electrode 1 is read to carry out various control for the apparatus GU. Measurement is performed, for example, by using 150mg/dl standard concentration solution and a correction coefficient K1 is determined so that measured result is regulated to 150mg/dl at a calibration time of the apparatus GU. Accordingly, the measured result is calibrated by the coefficient K1 in the domain of 0-300mg/dl low concentration. On the one hand, the measurement is performed, for example, by using 500mg/dl high concentration standard solution in the range of 300- 500mg/dl and a correction coefficient K2 is found to carry out the calibration. Then, the correction coefficient is varied continuously by carrying out the proportional allotment of the difference of the coefficient K1 and K2 between 300- 500mg/dl in accordance with the value of concentration.
