Элементы 1, 2, R1, 3 и индика- тор 9 образуют канал измерени температуры .The device contains a source of 1 Stable current connected to the amplifier 2 and through an additional resistor R1 with a grounded temperature sensor 3. The device also contains an alternating current generator 4 connected to a non-inverting input of an operational amplifier 5, the inverting input of which is connected to the instrument housing via a concentration sensor 6. The magnitude of the coefficient usi-Lenin amplifier 5 is set by resistor R2. The output of the amplifier is connected to a rectifier. Elements 4, 5, R2 and 7 constitute the concentration measurement unit 8, which, together with the sensor 6, the indicator 9 forms a concentration measurement channel. The elements 1, 2, R1, 3 and the indicator 9 form a temperature measurement channel.
The applied solutions have a concentration in the range of 285-310 washing at 37-38 С,
However, depending on the condition of the patient, the individual characteristics of his biochemical parameters and the temperature of his body during the diarysis process, it is necessary to change and maintain the required temperature and concentration of the dialyzing solution. At the same time, fluctuations in the temperature of the solution may be within 36-39 ° C. The concentration of the solution in these cases remains, however, the indication of its value changes in the case of insufficient accuracy of thermal compensation.
As shown by tests of the standard SGD-8 apparatus on standard dialysis solutions, the concentration measurement error in the operating temperature range is AND3.3 wash / 1C (1.1% per 1 ° C). Such an error leads to the undesirable introduction and introduction of a large amount of sodium ions (the main constituent of the solution, which often disrupts the sodium balance up to the development of type or hyperosmolar cokes), which causes the patient to undergo dialysis pressure.
Предлагаемое устройство, испытанное в- тех же услови х, что и известное, примен емое в СГД-8, позвол ет измер ть концентрацию раствора с погрешностью не более 1 мосм/Гс (0,33% на 1°С).The proposed device, tested under the same conditions as the known one used in SGD-8, makes it possible to measure the concentration of a solution with an error of no more than 1 mos / Gs (0.33% per 1 ° C).
Compared with the known device, the proposed device allows to reduce the measurement error of the concentration of dialysis solution by 3 times due to the inclusion of a concentration sensor in the negative feedback circuit of amplifier 5 of the concentration measurement unit 8, which allows to use a linearly varying signal to compensate for the temperature error of the concentration measurement temperature sensor.
