After electromagnetic energy of the saturated core 53 is transferred to the capacitor 6 and the resistor 9, it is regenerated in the amount corresponding to the quantity higher than the power voltage VB of the capacitor 6 to the power source 1 through the vibration preventing circuits 8, 9. Accordingly, the capacitor voltage becomes VB at the time t3 when the thyristor 4 is conducted, thereby enabling the stable intermittent operation without vibration phenomenon.
