CONSTITUTION:The wheel is divided into the outer wheel 3 and the inner wheel 4. Between these outer and inner wheels 3 and 4, a pair of load cells 5a and 5b, facing each other in the direction of diameter, are provided through the intermediary of rotary shafts A. The load cells 5a and 5b detect the torque of the wheel axle. In addition, a pair of springs 6a and 6b are fitted between the outer wheel 3 and the inner wheel 4 in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the load cells 5a and 5b. Moreover, roll bearings 7 lie intermediately between the outer wheel 3 and the inner wheel 4.
