PURPOSE:To assuredly haul-off a soft continuous cylindrical body without deformation, by serially molding a plurality of window holes in a drive belt, and hauling-off the cylindrical member while applying a reduced pressure to the window holes. CONSTITUTION:An attaching seat 17 is attached to the periphery of a continuous cylindrical body A, and a drive belt 18 is opposedly located to the seat 17. A through hole 17b of the cylindrical body A is formed through the attaching seat 17 at its central part, and slits 17a are formed along a crossing direction. The belt 18 is preferably made of an elastic material. Its acting surface preferably has a concave section corresponding to the periphery of the cylindrical body A, and the window holes 18a are preferably squared. The evacuated chamber 21 is operated and the drive belt 18 is carried along a direction shown as an arrow, so that the cylindrical body A is kept in an accurately round state and hauled- off while being attracted by the window holes 18a.
