Abstract

Valve 27 is provided on valve holder 23 inside airtight chamber G, and operation chamber D and airtight chamber G are linked by means of valve 27 in such a manner that they can be freely connected or disconnected. Accordingly, it is possible to fixedly attach an ejection chamber to vibration-proof body 10 and a linking port to chamber 31, so that it is possible to reduce the dimension of the axial direction of the device and at the same time to reduce noises.
