Abstract
PURPOSE:To absorb irregularly reflected light with an output fluorescent film and to increase contrast by composing a new Al evaporated film with a sort of Al evaporated film formed at a super low vacuum degree and another sort of Al evaporated film formed at a high vacuum degree. CONSTITUTION:An output fluorescent film 14 of 5-8mum thickness and an Al evaporated film 15 are laminated in turn over the surface of a glass substrate 13 which is 1-1.3mum thick. The Al evaporated film 15 consists of the first Al evaporated film 16 of 500-1,000Angstrom thickness which is produced at a super low vacuum degree on the output fluorescent layer 14 and the second Al evaporated film 17 of 4,000-4,500Angstrom thickness which is produced at a high vacuum degree on the first Al evaporated film 16.
