Abstract

PURPOSE: To widely improve a resolution of X-ray image intensifier, by such method that, with a mosaic pattern finely cnstructed on surfaces of the base plate by way of crack or protrusion, an alkaline barite phosphor be evaporated in a low vacuum region to construct the fluorescent layer.
CONSTITUTION: On surfaces of at least a side of a base plate 21, is constructed a mosaic pattern partitioned by a continuous protrusion or groove part, subsequently on the base plate 21 is evaporated a phosphor, consisting of alkaline barite, in a low vacuum region, and a phosphor layer 26 is constructed.
