Abstract
PURPOSE:To correct a concentrated error in a horizontal line, by arranging a pair of upper and lower toroidal windings, connected in such a manner that horizontal components of the magnetic field generated in the central part are produced in the same way, to the left and right and flowing a vertical deflection current with different amplitude in the left and right windings. CONSTITUTION:There are arranged toroidal windings 35 and 35a in the upper of a core 34 and toroidal windings 36, 36a in the lower of the core 34. Further a terminal 37a of the winding 35 and terminal 38a of the winding 36 and a terminal 40a and the winding 35a and terminal 39a of the winding 36a are connected, then horizontal components of the generated magnetic field 41 are produced in the same direction with respect to the left and right in a central part of the core. Then between terminals 37 and 38 and terminals 39 and 40, a vertical deflection current is caused to flow respectively to both deflect both side beams and allow amplitude and polarity of the vertical deflection current to differ from each of the left and right.
