PURPOSE:To easily execute a slow and quick adjustment without using a data holding counter, by generating a slow and quick pulse during the period controlled by a coincidence output of a second counter signal which has been latched, and its second counter output, and a minute carry signal. CONSTITUTION:An output of a second counter 12 is set to a latching circuit 20, watching an indicator 19. Subsequently, minute display of the indicator 19 is carried by a carry output from the counter 12 and an FF22 is set.
