Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply and easily inform the time by driving a time oscillator through an indication signal of the unit of ten minutes. CONSTITUTION:In response to the signals from an electronic circuit 1 which is indicative of the segment b of the unit of ten minutes of a display section 2, a bidecinormal counter 11 of a time informing pulse generating circuit 3 stores and produces the signals corresponding to the indicated time during a period from ten minutes before and after each o'clock. On the other hand, the bidecinormal counter 12 is reset in response to the indicating signals from the segment b from the circuit 1 through an inverter 14 so that the output through the NAND gate of the counter 11 may be counted through a coincidence circuit until the coincidence takes place. As a result, the gate 24 is opened at the 00 o'clock for time seconds corresponding to the numeral of the indication so that the time informing pulses are impressed from the circuit 4 upon a time oscillator 4 in accordance with the time second counting pulses from the circuit 1, which are to be fed to the circuit 3. As a result, the segment indicating signals are used as control signals so that the time informing operation can be accomplished easily and simply.
