Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent failures accompanied with failed devices, by outputting an inoperative signal to a device to be inoperative with an electronic computer corresponding to failure state of the failed devices, and giving operative signals to the devices which are made to inoperative state, when the failed devices restore to normal state. CONSTITUTION:To a computer 12, devices to be operative or inoperative are stored by each device when a certain device is in failure. For example, a pump 3 is in failure, the information that an electromotive valve 7 should be closed, is stored in the computer 12, and when a start signal is inputted from a safety protection system to a low pressure pumping system during the repair of the pump 3, the computer 12 outputs a signal to the valve 7 to be closed and the state is displayed 14. When the pump 3 is restored to a normal state, the operating signal is given to the electromotive valve 7.
