Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit electric pressure-intensifying and reducing operations of a control circuit for a powder molding machine, etc., by only one pressure control valve of an electromagnetic proportion type by effectively operating stop valves.
CONSTITUTION: Stop valves 11 and 12 are each provided to a pipiline connecting the high-pressure side chamber 7 of a pressure intensifier 6 and a pressure oil discharge port 5 and also to a pipeline 10 connecting a low-pressure side chamber 8 and the discharge port 5. Also, a stop valve 14 leading to the chamber 7 and a direction switch valve 15 are connected to a pipeline 13 connecting the high-pressure side chamber 7 with an oil-pressure pump 4. And, cylinders 16W18 for opening and closing operations are each provided to these stop valves 11, 12, and 14, which are operated by direction switch pilot valves 19W21. Also, a direction switch valve 24 is provided to a pipeline 25 connecting a low-pressure side chamber 8 with the oil-pressure pump 4, and both direction switch valves 15 and 24 are connected with an oil tank 1 by a return circuit 26. And, an electromagnetic proportion-type pressure control valve 28 is provided to a pipeline 29 connecting the circuit 26 with a pressure oil discharge pipeline.
