Since this output C is inverted by an inverter 9, a transistor TR5 is turned off, and thyristor 1 is not triggerred. When the output part A is turned on, the photodiode 3 and the photo-transistor TR4 are turned off together, and the TR5 is turned on to trigger the thyristor 1. Since a photocoupler 2 is turned on when it is not triggerred, the influence due to the noise is eliminated.
