Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce frictional resistance between a plunger guide and a plunger, and to facilitate production by arranging a through-hole balancing the inner and outer pressure of a thin tube and a groove between a fixed core and the plunger while separating a push rod and the plunger. CONSTITUTION:The plunger 7 is movably inserted into the plunger guide 4 of the oil immersed type solenoid, a stopper 5 is fastened at one end of the guide 4, a pressure resisting tube 2 is fitted and fixed at the other end, and the fixed core 3 is fitted and fixed at one end of the tube 2. The thin tube 6 is inserted among both the guide 4 and the fixed core 3 and the plunger 7, the through-hole 61 is formed to the tube 6, and a gap 10 and the groove 32 communicated with the inside of the tube 6 are further shaped to the fixed core 3. The push rod 8 transmitting the action of the plunger 7 is formed apart from the plunger 7, a collision, etc. between a projecting end section of the fixed core 3 and a surrounding section of the plunger are removed, and frictional resistance between the guide 4 and the plunger 7 is reduced, and the solenoid 1 is easily manufactured.
