Abstract
PURPOSE:To solve problems such as a collision between a fixed core guide section and a plunger surrounding end section, by reduce frictional resistance between a plunger and a plunger guide and to facilitate production by fitting and fixing a thin tube longer than the plunger onto an outer circumference of the plunger. CONSTITUTION:The plunger 5 is movably inserted into the plunger guide 4 of the oil immersed type solenoid 1, a stopper 6 is fixed at one end of the guide 4, and a fixed core 3 is fitted and fastened at the other end through a pressure resisting tube 2. The thin tube 51 longer than the plunger 5 is fitted and fixed onto the outer circumference of the plunger 5 while a push rod 7 is formed in structure different from the plunger 5. Accordingly, the problems such as the collision between the fixed core guide section and the plunger guide surrounding section are solved, the frictional resistance between the plunger 5 and the plunger guide 4 is reduced, and the solenoid 1 is easily manufactured.
