Abstract
PURPOSE:To hold 2 mirrors compactly and effectively, by providing a member for reinforcing a mirror holding device, on a position being out of the optical path of incident and reflected rays of the mirror. CONSTITUTION:As for 2 mirrors 5, 6 arrayed at a position being suitable for reflecting an incident light beam 2 times, its end parts are hooked to a supporting member 15 by use of holding member 17, and also this supporting member 15 utilizes the wall surface extended to the side of the back surface part of the mirror 5 and 6, and for instance, is joined with one side edge part 10A of a frame body of a holding member which is not shown in the figure, by use of a screw 16, etc. The other side edge part 10B of the frame body is placed in front of the mirrors 5 and 6 and at a position being out of the optical path. In this way, the holding member is moved along a guide rail which is not shown in the figure, by a wire 12 stretched round a pulley 11.
