Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve mixing atomization by directing a number of bleed holes opened on the emulsion tube of a main air bleed in a specific direction and allowing the air from said holes to revolve and be mixed along the stream into the fuel in the outside fuel passage.
CONSTITUTION: A carburetor is equipped with the inner air passage 14 which communicates to an air jet 11 at the center of an emulsion tube 13 which constitutes a main air bleed 9 and a number of bleed holes 15 which are opened to allow the passage 14 to communicate to the slit 12 on the outside fuel passage 7. The bleed holes 15 allow air to revolve, slanting in the circumferential direction, and to flow out, and fuel flows to the direction of the main nozzle 5 from the lower to the upper in the slit 12, so air is flowed-out along the fuel passage, slanting from the tube inside to the outside oblique upward part. Each pair of the bleed holes 15 are opened and arranged in point symmetry.
