Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the electrical contact with a deflecting plate even if the plate is made of ferrite, by providing conductive springs between an electrostatic deflecting plate which forms the second deflecting system and the inside wall of the flat tube body to lead a terminal. Thus by leading a terminal from the springs 141, 142, the electrical contact with ferrite can be improved and eased.
